System Objective

The hydrogen system is designed to reduce conventional fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions, along with other pollutants from equipment and machinery.

Solution

Our hydrogen solution is installed in heavy-duty land and maritime vehicles without the need to modify the engine or change the currently used fossil fuel. It produces hydrogen within the vehicle, transforming heavy machinery and/or polluting maritime equipment into sources of environmental benefits through emission reduction (Environmental Remediation). Additionally, we improve the engine's energy efficiency. We capture the excess energy from the vehicle's battery to perform the electrolysis of the water we provide (Circular Economy).

Reduction of Fuel Consumption and Emissions

  • Combustion Improvement: The injection of hydrogen into the engine optimizes the combustion of the fossil fuel currently used by the vehicle. Hydrogen, with a faster combustion speed than fossil fuels, allows for a more complete combustion of the fuel. This increases energy efficiency (fuel reduction) and reduces emissions of unburned pollutants.

  • Results: Depending on the type of machine, considering factors such as torque, displacement, type of work, operating environment, voltage, fuel characteristics, and others, our solution significantly improves energy efficiency, achieving fuel savings of around 20% or more. Additionally, it can reduce CO2 emissions by over 50% and decrease opacity by over 80%. Results are verified by certification entities such as SGS or their equivalent before activating our contractual obligations.
